Reporting to the Controller, the IT Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage all Network Systems at the Camden site. The IT Manager will maintain compliance with all industry standards and applicable laws. The IT Manager is accountable for maintaining and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including IT risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. Plan, conduct, and debrief regular IT exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly. Act as a coordinator for continuity efforts after a disruption event. Maximize computer network and electronic capabilities by studying technical applications, securing information and providing solutions for company and individual users.

  • Monitor daily operations, including server, hardware, software and enterprise system.
  • Provide technical support across all users and platforms.
  • Report writing from ERP system.
  • Testing, troubleshooting and modifying IT systems for optimal use and uptime.
  • Work with outside vendors for purchases, maintenance and integration.
  • Establish IT strategies to support overall business strategy.
  • Evaluates current applications and makes recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Coordinate & execute technology installations, upgrades and maintenance.
  • Install end user hardware and PC software.
  • Set-up equipment as necessary for group meetings, webinars, etc.
  • Create protocols for business continuity and a disaster recovery plan.
  • Execute cyber security strategies to protect organization.
  • Ensure IT security and controllership, and applicable by codes and laws.
  • Establishes IT standards, methods and procedures.
  • Maintains computer network system.
  • Achieve computer system objectives and enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date on technology advancements.
  • Manage IT budget while maximizing profits and reducing costs.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT on Steel Partner initiatives.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Proven IT experience managing infrastructure in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with computer networks, administrations and installation.
  • Proficient in computer hardware, cabling, wireless technology, and interfaces.
  • Strong cyber security know-how.
  • Driven to multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized; detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Suite of products including Office, Server and Exchange.
  • Prior experience working in QAD is highly desired.
  • Self-starter, results oriented, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and tools, reach with hands and arms and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skills.
