On August 2, 2016, Senator Carper visited HandyTube, and met with a cross-section of employees from various functions and levels in the organization.  During the discussion, he expressed a strong desire to partner in the success of HandyTube and our employees, and he queried the group for feedback on ideas and concerns about attracting talent to Delaware, international trade, educational assistance, employee training, regulatory issues, etc.

In addition, Senator Carper and his staff exchanged ideas with HandyTube on how they are currently utilizing Delaware Department of Economic Development on receiving Training grants and suggested additional opportunities for hiring employees through the Delaware Department of Labor, Dover Air Force, internships, veterans job fairs and more.
