Seamless tubing also minimizes the risk that filler material from a welding process will flake off and become trapped in the tubing — an outcome that could result in inaccurate measurements or system breakdowns in the end-use equipment.

Applications

Steam and Heat Trace Bundles

We provide the jacketed tubing commonly used in steam and heat trace bundles. Tubing bundles — or tubes packaged in an insulated PVC jacket — are useful in applications like analyzer sampling, instrument hookup and impulse lines.

Flow Measurement and Sensing

Our tubing plays a critical role in instrumentation devices like pressure, level, flow or temperature transmitters. You can even apply our capillary tubing to flow measurements in differential pressure transmitters. In this application, the system transmits pressure from a diaphragm seal to the transmitter using liquid inside the tubing.

Fluid and Gas Transfer

We designed our tubing to ensure the safe flow of gas, steam and liquids in harsh chemical process environments. Able to withstand the most demanding applications, our tubing is available in extremely long coil lengths up to 6,000 feet (2 kilometers).
